The Northallerton Inn - The Inn Collection Group has certainly made efforts to accommodate guests with disabilities, as evidenced by reviews highlighting the availability of accessible rooms. Guests appreciated the spacious, well-equipped rooms featuring large accessible bathrooms and wet rooms designed for ease of use. The hotel receives praise for the ease of access from the car park to the ground floor bedrooms, an essential consideration for guests with mobility issues. However, some reviews pointed out challenges in maneuvering around the beds in the accessible rooms and mentioned that some bathrooms lacked cleanliness and were quite basic. While the overall availability of accessible amenities is a positive aspect, it seems there is room for improvement in maintenance and room layout to enhance the experience for guests with disabilities.
