On the downside, the hotel is expensive, especially when considering the parking fees which are steep and the parking stalls are small. Also, there is no room service and some guests reported poor customer service. In addition, the property is old and basic and may not be worth the high price, according to some guests. However, some guests found the hotel superb with friendly customer service. Nonetheless, some guests had a terrible experience and would not recommend the property.
