Campanile Annemasse Est Findrol CHAL stands out as a well-reviewed accommodation praised for its various positive aspects. Its strategic location is a highlight, situated in a quiet area yet conveniently close to major highways like the A40. This makes it an excellent stop for road travelers and those exploring destinations such as Geneva, Annecy and Chamonix. The hotel's proximity to co-working spaces, quality dining options and ample parking enhances its appeal to both leisure and business travelers.
Guests have widely commended the breakfast, which offers a generous, varied selection including delicious croissants and both sweet and savory items. Breakfast's early availability and adherence to COVID-19 safety measures add to its convenience. Although some guests felt the price was somewhat high and pointed out occasional minor issues, the overall sentiment remains largely positive.
In terms of dinner, the hotel and the nearby bistro provide convenient and quality dining options. The meals are often described as delicious with some guests appreciating the 10% discount offered at the neighboring restaurant. While there are mentions of high prices and limited menu options, the majority of guests find the food good and the convenience ideal, especially for short stays.
The rooms at Campanile Annemasse Est Findrol CHAL receive high marks for being clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Family rooms, in particular, are noted for their ample size. Despite occasional issues like minor maintenance problems and additional amenities being desired, the rooms are well-regarded for their functionality and inviting ambiance.
Cleanliness stands out as a notable strength with both rooms and the overall establishment maintained to high standards. Any minor lapses in cleanliness mentioned by a few guests are overshadowed by the generally positive feedback highlighting the hotel's professional upkeep and hygiene, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Staff service is frequently highlighted for its warmth, friendliness and professionalism. Guests often praise the staff's attentiveness and courteous demeanor, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. While there are isolated incidences of less favorable interactions, these are exceptions to the overwhelmingly positive reception.
WiFi performance is generally reliable and well-regarded, though there are occasional reports of weak signals. The parking facilities receive overwhelmingly positive feedback for their convenience, security and accessibility, including options for electric vehicle charging, which adds significant value for guests with electric cars.
For families, the hotel is a strong choice, offering spacious family rooms and thoughtful amenities such as baby cots and free meals for kids under five. Pet-friendly policies further enhance the family-friendly atmosphere.
