The ibis Styles Fréjus St Raphael is a well-regarded hotel that offers a blend of comfort and convenience. Situated along the route to Issambres, its prime location is a standout feature, providing guests with easy access to the historical center of Fréjus, the harbor, and beaches. The tranquility of its setting is appreciated, allowing for peaceful stays, and the hotel is ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Parking facilities, a pleasant garden, and a quiet atmosphere further enhance the guest experience.
Guests find the hotel’s breakfast buffet to be exceptional, praised for its varied offerings and the quality of items such as freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade cakes. The warm and accommodating staff add to the positive breakfast experience. The dinner offerings receive mixed reviews; while some dishes are well-received, others fall short in diversity and value.
The rooms are noted for their cleanliness, bright and modern design, and soundproofing, ensuring comfortable stays despite their small size. Features such as vibrant decor and small balconies add appeal, particularly for short stays. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is consistently appreciated, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities.
The staff at ibis Styles Fréjus St Raphael are frequently highlighted for their friendliness and professionalism, contributing significantly to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The pool area, including a heated pool and jacuzzi, is considered inviting and enjoyable, despite minor issues with sun loungers and occasional noise.
Parking is generally convenient with ample free spaces, though security concerns are noted due to an open gate at night. The hotel is also a suitable choice for families, offering amenities like a play area and child-friendly spaces, complemented by the welcoming nature of the staff. The beds receive high praise for comfort, further enhancing guests’ overall satisfaction.
As a three-star hotel, ibis Styles Fréjus St Raphael offers a consistent and reliable experience, with excellent value for budget-conscious travelers, especially with breakfast included. While some aspects may benefit from improvement, such as room size, the hotel overall delivers a satisfying stay aligned with its rating.
