The Spa at Norwich Inn is a beautiful place to stay, but some areas are in need of updating. While the on-site spa is smaller than expected, it provides relaxing experiences. However, the pool, gym and spa overall need updating. Additionally, some guests experienced issues with lockers jamming and toilets running in their rooms. The food at Kensington's was disappointing, but considered passable by some guests. Despite some negative reviews, there were also many positive comments regarding the peaceful ambiance of the Inn. Some guests were disappointed with their stay due to the outdated decor and uncomfortable beds, while others found the place overpriced. Overall, The Spa at Norwich Inn offers a good experience, but could use some improvements to facilities and services.
