The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago West-O'Hare Arpt Area features an indoor pool, which has received varied feedback from guests. While some guests appreciated the cleanliness and pleasant water temperature of the pool, enjoying their swim as a nice addition to the hotel's amenities, others felt that it fell short in terms of maintenance and temperature control. A recurring mention was the chilly condition of the pool water, and several reviews noted that the hot tub is permanently closed, limiting options for those seeking a warm soak. Additionally, the pool area sometimes experienced issues with loud noises, unattended children, and cleanliness. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's offering of a free airport shuttle aligns well with the presence of a pool and hot tub for guests seeking convenience and leisure during their travels. Overall, while there are positive aspects, potential guests might want to confirm the current state of these facilities before planning their stay.
