Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Port Plaza YVN has garnered positive reviews for various aspects of its service, most notably its strategic location, exceptional cleanliness and high-quality accommodations. Situated just 5 to 10 minutes by taxi from Zvartnots Airport, the hotel's prime location is widely appreciated by travelers, especially those on layovers or catching early and late flights. This proximity to the airport makes it an ideal choice for transit passengers and those needing easy access to Yerevan's main air hub.
The guest rooms at Port Plaza YVN consistently receive praise for their spaciousness, modernity and cleanliness. Newly renovated and featuring fresh furniture and fixtures, the rooms match the online photos, ensuring guests get exactly what they expect. While some rooms are small or lack windows, most are noted for their large windows, high ceilings and cozy ambiance. The beds are particularly commended for their comfort, contributing to a restful sleep and rooms are well-equipped with amenities including tea, coffee and water. Visitors appreciate the straightforward check-in process and the notably polite and helpful staff, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Despite the lack of an in-house breakfast service, which some guests found disappointing, the hotel's other qualities more than compensate for this minor shortcoming. Cleanliness remains one of Port Plaza YVN’s standout attributes with meticulous attention to hygiene evident throughout the property. Both rooms and common areas are kept immaculately clean, contributing to the hotel's fresh and inviting atmosphere.
The staff at Port Plaza YVN receive universal acclaim for their professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. Receptionists Eleonor and Rosa, highlighted for their welcoming demeanor, along with the night administrators, contribute to a positive and accommodating environment. The team's ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages ensures that all guests feel well-cared-for.
Overall, Port Plaza YVN offers an exceptional combination of convenience, comfort and attentive service, making it a highly recommended option for both short and extended stays.
