Best Western Plus Hotel Stofella presents a mix of experiences for its guests, offering a comfortable stay in a central and accessible location. Situated in the heart of Guatemala City, the hotel is just a short walk from malls and shopping areas, making it convenient for travelers eager to explore nearby attractions. Guests commend the excellent service provided by the attentive staff, who contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and are recognized for their friendliness and professionalism. Additional touches, such as preparing a room for daytime rest without extra charges, are appreciated by visitors.
However, the hotel seems to evoke mixed feelings about its four-star rating. Some guests note that it does not fully meet the expectations commonly associated with an international hotel chain, with suggestions that it feels closer to a three-star establishment, mainly due to its aging facilities and lack of maintenance. Despite this, others find it to be an excellent and superb hotel, acknowledging that it meets typical four-star standards in service quality. While some are satisfied with its quaint charm in a safe area, others perceive discrepancies between its rating and actual experience. Overall, travelers find value in its location and service, while opinions diverge on its star classification and the upkeep of its amenities.
