The facilities are excellent and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, delivering an old-fashioned charm that perfectly fits the castle's surroundings. The castle's afternoon tea is a must-try and the favorite room is the one with the huge ornately carved fireplace. Guests can also take lovely walks around the grounds, which make them feel like they're living in two hundred years ago. In addition, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, such as leaving a special congratulations note for guests celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary. All in all, the staff really was the best part of the experience, making Lough Rynn Castle a delightful and very romantic location.
