Landgasthof Astner offers a fair price-performance ratio, making it an acceptable choice for budget-conscious travelers. Guests note that the price for a night with breakfast is reasonable, underscoring the very good value for money, especially considering the inclusion of breakfast. However, it is important to manage expectations regarding the accommodation standard; some reviews suggest that the three-star rating may feel a bit generous. The hotel, described as a normal 3-star guesthouse, could benefit from some renovations as it appears to have retained much of its original mid-70s charm, both in the facilities and menu. Despite these dated aspects, guests found that nothing essential was missing from their stay. Overall, while the establishment may not impress those expecting more modern amenities, it provides adequate service at a competitive price.
