Clover Hotel Port Dickson enjoys a strategic location in the lively town, offering guests easy access to a range of essential amenities, dining options, and beachfront attractions. Its proximity to PD Waterfront and the serene coastal view are significant positives, enhancing the overall guest experience with convenience and charm. Local culinary delights and friendly locals further enrich stays at this well-located hotel.
The hotel rooms are generally appreciated for their cleanliness and the cooling air conditioning, which adds comfort to accommodations suitable for families or small groups. Whilst some rooms may be on the smaller side, they are still satisfactory for pairs of guests. However, room maintenance occasionally falls short, with reports of unpleasant odors, decorative elements needing enhancement, and some rooms lacking windows. Nonetheless, the affordability of the hotel might appeal to those willing to overlook these negatives.
Staff at Clover Hotel Port Dickson are frequently commended for their friendliness and dedication to guest satisfaction. Their warmth and eagerness to assist leave a positive impression, often encouraging return visits. Despite occasional communication challenges, the hospitable service from the hotel team is a highlight of the guest experience.
Although the cleanliness of the hotel offers a mixed experience, there are instances of well-maintained rooms meeting guests' expectations. However, consistent issues with bathrooms and bedsheets, along with dim lighting and the presence of ants, suggest room for improvement in maintenance practices. Similarly, bedding conditions pose challenges, with reports of uncomfortable mattresses and dated bed frames affecting sleep quality. Addressing these cleanliness and bedding concerns could significantly enhance the overall guest experience at Clover Hotel Port Dickson, making the positives shine through even more.
