Metung Holiday Villas offers a serene and convenient retreat for visitors seeking a tranquil escape amidst beautiful bushland. The villas are ideally located, providing easy access to the renowned Metung Hot Springs, local shops, cafes, and charming village attractions. Additionally, the location enhances the ability to explore nearby sites such as Lakes Entrance and Bairnsdale, while still offering a peaceful stay complemented by nature and scenic landscapes.
The accommodations at Metung Holiday Villas are celebrated for their high cleanliness standards and modern amenities. Guests appreciate the immaculate condition of the villas and the well-kept gardens, which create a welcoming atmosphere. The thoughtful layout of the units ensures spacious and tidy spaces, which are both comfortable and inviting. The staff receives praise for their exceptional service, with hosts Darren and Kristy being particularly noted for their warmth and friendliness. Their helpfulness and promptness in addressing guest needs enhance the overall experience.
While the WiFi service has some room for improvement, the positive aspects of the stay, such as the delightful pool, well-maintained accommodations, and excellent staff service, outweigh this drawback. The heated pool amidst the lovely grounds is especially popular with families, providing a safe and enjoyable experience.
Although there are mixed reviews regarding the firmness of the beds, the overall comfort and cleanliness are generally appreciated. The staff's responsiveness to any issues further contributes to a pleasant stay.
