The rooms are comfortable and clean with great facilities and the level of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the property is impeccable. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The plush and cozy beds are a standout feature, offering a comfortable base for a good night's sleep at a reasonable price. While some guests found the decor a bit tired and the lift claustrophobic, the overall experience was enjoyable and the hotel served its purpose as a convenient and pleasant place to stay while touring the Isle of Man.
