Hotel Benetusser offers significant accessibility features that make it a suitable choice for guests with disabilities. The hotel provides accessible rooms and bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for wheelchair users. Public areas are widely accessible and the overall accessibility is highly rated. Its location is easily accessible, ideal for visitors, particularly those planning to explore the City of Arts and Sciences. However, there are a few areas of concern, such as the need for an updated elevator and the requirement for a car lift for certain accessibility needs. Despite these minimal drawbacks, the hotel largely caters well to guests with disabilities.

Habitaciones Barra89 is praised for its advantageous location and ease of access via public transport, including buses and the metro, making it highly reachable from the city center. Guests appreciated its good price and clean bathrooms. The accommodation's connectivity extends to the ease of communication, as queries are promptly attended to via Whatsapp Messenger. Parking availability nearby adds to the convenience for visitors with vehicles. However, the frequent issue of a non-operational elevator posed significant challenges, particularly for guests with reduced mobility. Rooms designated as accessible for disabled individuals fell short of expectations, as a wheelchair would have difficulty maneuvering. Despite the advantage of having two nearby bakeries for breakfast, climbing stairs without a functioning elevator proved arduous for some guests.
