Nestled in the heart of the city's historical center, guests find themselves within easy reach of Avilés’ vibrant spots, charming medieval pedestrian areas, numerous eateries and lively nightlife. Its proximity to a beautiful park adds tranquility amid the bustling city, making it a perfect spot for both short and longer stays. Despite minor inconveniences like access restrictions for cars and occasional street noise, the prime location and excellent quality-price ratio contribute greatly to its appeal.
The rooms at SUITE 1907 AVILÉS receive high marks for their spaciousness, cleanliness and tasteful décor. Guests often highlight the openness and modern, well-maintained facilities that include large bathtubs, separate shower areas, well-equipped kitchen areas and unique features like terrace/solarium spaces and Balinese beds. The comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere further enhance the guest experience, making the suites an inviting retreat. Minor drawbacks such as occasional soundproofing issues and some discomfort with specific beds or pillows are noted but do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
Cleanliness is a strong point at SUITE 1907 AVILÉS. The accommodations are described as spotless with a fresh and well-maintained appearance throughout. Guests appreciate the meticulous care taken by the cleaning staff, although occasional lapses such as cobwebs and isolated cleanliness concerns indicate areas for potential improvement.
The staff at SUITE 1907 AVILÉS earn high praise for their friendly, helpful and professional demeanor. Despite the lack of a traditional check-in and on-site reception, the efficient communication through WhatsApp and the availability and responsiveness of the staff ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Commendations for the cleaning staff and individuals like Carmen add to the positive service experience, although some guests feel that personal warmth could be improved.

While a few guests had issues with the pillows and noise, the general consensus is that the sleeping arrangements contribute positively to the overall guest satisfaction.
Accessibility at SUITE 1907 AVILÉS is generally favorable with an innovative and comfortable check-in process.
