Areia Boutique Hotel in Puerto Morelos offers a blend of modern elegance and comfort, making it a strong contender among four-star accommodations. Guests frequently praise the hotel for its cleanliness, new appearance, and appealing amenities, such as comfy beds, spacious televisions, and a centrally convenient location—all adding up to a pleasant stay. The standout feature, however, is the staff's exceptional service and friendliness, consistently described as courteous, accommodating, and remarkably kind. Visitors enjoy the rooftop pool area, which offers stunning views and creates a special atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience.
Despite mostly positive feedback, a few guests have pointed out areas for improvement. While the hotel's design is modern, some found it lacking in areas such as the balcony space, which feels incomplete and without basic amenities like seating or a drying rack. Additionally, they noted the unusual rule about not bringing outside food and drinks to the poolside restaurant, which itself seems to be a work in progress. Overall, though, Areia Boutique Hotel receives strong recommendations from its guests, with many dubbing their experience as excellent and worthy of recommendation.
