While some guests have reported small issues with the size of the bathroom and mobility concerns due to location, overall, it's a very pleasant and practical place to stay in Thessaloniki with good facilities and a great price. The staff is amazing and extremely kind with the host, Miguel, being honored for being polite, hospitable and incredibly helpful. While some guests have experienced difficulty with the wifi, others have found it to be very good with great coverage. However, there were instances where the wifi was slow or not working at all. Some guests have improvised by using the restaurant's network upstairs and some even had to resort to using their own mobile data as the wifi was practically unusable. While there were also some language barriers with communication, guests were able to send messages via Viber for coordination. The cleanliness of the accommodations has been praised by many guests with pentakatharo being the most commonly used term. However, some have criticized the moldy and unclean bathroom with walls and shower not cleaned properly and stinking damp areas.
