At '24h-Apartment & Cityhotel Vienna,' guests generally enjoy a peaceful and well-connected location away from the city's hustle and bustle but with convenient access to public transport and essential facilities. The accommodation is praised for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and modern decor, with guests often remarking on the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchenettes that make extended stays more convenient. The hotel offers a commendable breakfast selection with fresh bread and coffee, providing a pleasant start to the day, although some guests find the price to be on the higher side.
The staff is frequently highlighted for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests. Despite this, there are occasional mentions of improved service required during specific shifts. Parking is available through free street options, though there might be challenges during peak times, and the hotel's secure underground garage comes at an additional cost. In conclusion, '24h-Apartment & Cityhotel Vienna' offers a generally positive experience with its strategic location, excellent staff, and comfortable facilities. a&t Hostel in Vienna receives positive feedback for its strategic location and easy access to public transport, making travel to the city center and various attractions convenient. Although the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, it may be seen as slightly unconventional by some. Nonetheless, the presence of supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby enhances the overall convenience, rendering the location acceptable given the hostel's budget-friendly price point. Cleanliness is highly regarded with rooms, bathrooms and common areas frequently noted as very clean and well-maintained.
Rooms at the hostel are praised for their cleanliness and functionality, including comfortable beds and cozy arrangements. Despite being small, the rooms are well-organized and suitable for short stays. Guests appreciate the inclusion of private bathrooms and the overall good value for money. Certain reviews mention minor ventilation issues, including the lack of air conditioning or fans, which might make the rooms stuffy during summer months.
The hostel staff are often highlighted as a significant positive aspect, consistently described as friendly, helpful and professional. The 24-hour reception and the accommodating nature of the team are appreciated with specific staff members receiving special praise for their exceptional service. Some isolated instances of less satisfactory interactions exist, but these do not overshadow the general positive sentiment.
Breakfast at the hostel has mixed reviews with some guests disappointed by its unavailability or the quality of the options provided. However, when available, the breakfast buffet is described as varied with nearby supermarkets offering convenient alternatives for those who opt out.
Wi-Fi service is another mixed aspect; while decent in the reception and lobby areas, the signal weakens in rooms, especially on upper floors. Parking options are versatile with free street parking on weekends and an underground garage available for a fee, although finding a spot can be challenging.
Nightlife around the hostel is limited with guests noting a quiet neighborhood but decent transport links to more vibrant areas. The hostel bar adds some nightlife options, though noise from other guests can be disturbing at times.
Overall, a&t Hostel offers a budget-friendly and practical lodging experience with clean rooms, helpful staff and convenient access to public transport. Room for improvement lies in ventilation, Wi-Fi consistency and breakfast service quality.
