Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Resilienza, situated in a serene and picturesque countryside setting, emerges as an idyllic hub for travelers keen to explore Venice and its surrounding regions. Its strategic location, just 10 minutes by car from the Fusina ferry port and close to various transport options, makes venturing into Venice both convenient and hassle-free, all while offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Guests are consistently impressed by the spacious and luxurious rooms, which are not only modern and well-furnished but also impeccably clean. The rooms, many featuring high, beamed ceilings, provide a sense of airy comfort and the bathrooms complement this with their modern amenities and generous sizes. The meticulous attention to detail in the decoration and the overall cleanliness is frequently highlighted with many describing the hotel’s environment as spotless and impeccably maintained. This dedication to hygiene and comfort extends to all areas of the property, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay for everyone.
The breakfast at Resilienza is also a notable highlight, earning high praise for its variety, quality and service. The array of options, ranging from fresh fruits, pastries and cold cuts to muesli, yogurts and lovingly made cappuccinos, ensures a hearty start to the day. The breakfast, rich with both sweet and savory choices and featuring fresh brioche and gluten-free options, caters to diverse tastes and dietary needs, making it a standout feature for many.
The hotel's staff significantly contributes to the exceptional guest experience with their friendliness and helpfulness. Guests frequently commend the warm, welcoming atmosphere fostered by the staff, who are praised for their professionalism, competence and personal touch. The family-run nature of the hotel adds to the homely feel with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
Resilienza also offers convenience with secure and ample parking facilities. Guests appreciate the peace of mind provided by private parking options, which are free and secure, enhancing the overall stress-free experience of their stay.
While the Wi-Fi service at Resilienza receives mixed reviews with some guests noting issues with connectivity and signal strength, this minor shortcoming is often overshadowed by the multitude of positive aspects of the stay. The comfort of the beds, despite occasional mentions of small inconveniences, generally contributes to a restful night's sleep, thanks to the large, comfortable beds and quality bedding.
Overall, Resilienza stands out as a tranquil and luxurious retreat, offering a blend of modern amenities, warm hospitality and strategic convenience, making it an excellent value for money choice for those looking to explore the Venice region while enjoying a peaceful countryside escape.
