Its proximity to iconic attractions, dining spots, bars, and bus terminals is a significant advantage, complemented by a stunning rooftop terrace that offers scenic city views and sunset vistas.
Guests appreciate the spaciousness and brightness of the hostel's well-appointed rooms, often mentioning the additional charm of balconies in some accommodations. Comfort is a key highlight, with beds often described as "super comfortable," further enhanced by air conditioning and reliable WiFi, ensuring a restful stay. While some minor issues like occasional mustiness or cigarette smells and inconsistent bathroom cleanliness have been noted, the overall cleanliness of rooms and provision of clean sheets and towels receive positive feedback. The cozy rooftop area further adds to the hostel's welcoming ambiance.

Guests frequently express gratitude for the helpful and friendly nature of the personnel, particularly highlighting the kindness and support offered by the owners, especially Ela. This warm environment, where staff go above and beyond to cater to guests' needs—like storing luggage and providing laundry facilities—enhances the overall experience. The multilingual skills of the management, including proficiency in Italian, facilitate communication with a diverse range of guests.
Parking is another favorable aspect, with convenient free parking options available nearby, though it's recommended that guests prepare for potential limitations. The staff's assistance with parking arrangements adds to the ease of finding suitable spots.
