The DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster is a great choice for families looking for a fun getaway. The location is perfect and the pool offers a fun experience, although it can get crowded at times. The hotel and resort are beautiful and overall, very comfortable for families. Although there is no complimentary breakfast and prices can be a bit steep, the restaurant for breakfast was great. Some guests have had unfortunate experiences with sofa beds and stained furniture/fridges, but the stay was generally pleasant, clean, friendly and scenic.
