Guests appreciate the hotel's peaceful environment, easy accessibility, favorable rates, cleanliness and the friendly staff which enhance their overall experience.
The breakfast offerings are generally well-received with many guests enjoying the substantial variety of hot items like eggs and sausage. The friendly service further complements the meal, although occasional mentions of limited selection or maintenance do arise.
Rooms are praised for their spaciousness, cleanliness and modern amenities like microwaves and refrigerators. Guests often highlight the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Despite this, some reviews point out minor issues such as uncomfortable mattresses, slow-draining bathtubs and occasional lapses in room maintenance.
Cleanliness is another strength of the hotel with numerous comments on the well-maintained and comfortable rooms and common areas. However, there are sporadic reports of cleanliness concerns, particularly involving shared spaces and housekeeping.
The staff stands out for their warmth and professionalism, frequently mentioned for their efforts in making guests feel welcome. Notable staff members like Armani receive specific praise for exceptional service, although there are rare complaints about occasional rudeness or lack of responsiveness.
While the free WiFi service has mixed reviews with several guests noting unreliable connectivity, it does not seem to overwhelmingly detract from the overall positive experience.
Beds and bedding garner generally favorable feedback for comfort, though some guests report inconsistencies regarding mattress size and firmness. Cleanliness of bedding is a noted issue for a few, but many enjoy a good night's rest.
The property is also appreciated for being dog-friendly, accommodating guests traveling with pets. Although some feedback highlights pet odors and hair, most guests value the inclusive policies.
Overall, La Quinta by Wyndham Lubbock North is seen as a reliable and convenient choice, offering a comfortable stay with a pet-friendly environment, considerate staff and various amenities at an affordable price. Addressing minor issues could further elevate the guest experience.
