Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Motel Lévis is highly praised for its convenient and peaceful location, nestled in a residential neighborhood near essential amenities such as shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Its proximity to the main highway and charming local landscapes, as well as bike paths and walking trails, makes it an ideal spot for exploring Lévis and visiting Quebec City. The motel also benefits from a quirky location beside a potato chip plant, adding local charm to the experience.
The rooms at Motel Lévis are noted for their cleanliness and modern updates, making them appealing for travelers seeking comfortable accommodations. Guests appreciate the contemporary design and functional amenities like comfortable beds, refrigerators, and microwaves. Despite some rooms being small with compact bathrooms, they provide excellent value for money.
Cleanliness is consistently highlighted, with particularly high marks given to the modern washrooms and comfortable beds. The motel maintains tidy facilities and offers efficient Wi-Fi, although there are occasional issues with connectivity and room temperature. The beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River further enhance the experience.
Despite mixed feedback regarding staff, many guests report warm welcomes and commend the friendly and helpful nature of the front desk team. Notable staff efforts in accommodating guests, including room upgrades and after-hours assistance, contribute to positive impressions, although some concerns about limited personnel and cleanliness have been noted.
While there is no breakfast offered, the coffee available at reception and the presence of a coffee and tea station provide a modest start to the day. Guests continually affirm the comfort of the beds, which, along with overall cleanliness, ensures a restful and pleasant stay.
Overall, Motel Lévis presents a practical and affordable option for travelers, balancing accessibility and tranquility while being well-situated for enjoying local amenities and outdoor activities.
