However, a few guests did note that the spa services need improvement to reach a 5-star level and that the facility was average with no aromatic or sensorial experience. Nonetheless, the majority of guests thoroughly enjoyed their Balinese massages with one guest even saying it was one of the best of their life. Overall, the spa was a super and excellent experience.
