The massages and spa area above the river are unforgettable and the Jet Lag Recovery treatment was truly relaxing. Guests rave about the view from the flower bath overlooking the river below and the best spa experience they've ever had. The spa is a must-try, but reservations are recommended. Some guests were disappointed by the rushed service and overpriced rates, but overall the spa facilities were excellent. The front desk staff could be more welcoming and informative, as some guests missed out on free massages and the pool by the spa. Despite some minor issues, the spa at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa is an insanely gorgeous and memorable experience that should not be missed.

Overall, the spa at Ubud Valley Boutique Resort is excellent and guests have had amazing experiences here.

The couples massage was a particular highlight for many with one guest describing it as the best spa treatment they've ever had. Even though the spa was closed for renovations during some guests' stays, the hotel offered discounted in-room massages that were amazing. The spa staff received high marks for their professionalism and skill with one guest singling out Tini for her superb service. If you're not in the mood for a massage, there are still plenty of great amenities to enjoy, including a pool and a yoga space. While a few guests had minor complaints here and there, on the whole, the spa at Jannata Resort and Spa received glowing reviews. So treat yourself to some relaxation and book a treatment at this exceptional spa.
