Premiere Classe Liege / Luik offers some positive aspects in terms of accessibility for guests with disabilities, although there are also notable drawbacks. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to reach, being near major highways, a big supermarket and not far from the airport and Brussels Road. The accessibility extends to its proximity to shopping centers and the city center, making it a practical choice for travelers.
The staff's friendliness and professionalism, even when there are language barriers, contribute positively to the experience. They are described as approachable and dedicated, ensuring guests feel welcome.
For those driving, the location is highly accessible, allowing easy movement to various parts of the city. The hotel provides ground floor rooms for guests with limited mobility and there is a dedicated wheelchair-accessible room.
However, the absence of an elevator poses a significant challenge, particularly for guests with knee problems or other mobility issues. Staircases to access rooms are outside, which might be inconvenient and uncomfortable. Some rooms, despite being intended for disabled guests, fall short in comfort and ease of movement due to their small size. Guests have pointed out that bed heights and room layout could be problematic.
In summary, while Premiere Classe Liege / Luik is easily reachable and offers some accessible features, it is not entirely suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those requiring full wheelchair access. The hotel could benefit from better room design and facilities to enhance the comfort and accessibility for all guests.

B&B HOTEL Liège Rocourt receives mixed feedback regarding its accessibility for guests with disabilities. The hotel boasts several positive aspects, such as large disabled bathrooms, wheelchair-accessible rooms and parking spaces designated for those with mobility impairments. Many rooms are cited as well-equipped or fully suited to the needs of disabled guests with accessible premises and facilities tailored for easy use.
However, the main drawback repeatedly mentioned is the absence of an elevator, which complicates access for those who rely on wheelchairs or have difficulty with stairs. This has led to criticisms about the overall accessibility of the hotel and some guests have found it challenging to manage their luggage up the stairs. Additionally, there have been mentions of the hallways smelling like cigarette smoke.
On the brighter side, the hotel's proximity to the highway is often appreciated, making it convenient for travelers. Despite the lack of an elevator, the efforts to accommodate disabled guests within their rooms indicate a strong commitment to providing an accessible environment. The fully adapted bathrooms, spacious rooms and accessible parking further enhance the hotel's appeal for guests with mobility issues.
