Bromley Court Hotel London has garnered mixed reviews regarding its accessibility for guests with disabilities. The positive feedback emphasizes the hotel’s wheelchair-friendly environment, featuring accessible bathrooms and a variety of facilities that can be easily accessed. Guests also highlighted the availability of disabled parking and accommodating staff who are responsive to the needs of those with disabilities. Notably, some accessible rooms were described as spacious and suitable for wheelchair users.
However, several challenges were noted. The layout of the hotel, described as a bit of a maze, posed navigation difficulties with long walks to rooms and several unanticipated stairs, making it tricky for those with mobility issues. Some specific features, such as low toilets, small and cramped bathrooms and very tight lifts, were mentioned as problematic. Additionally, the absence of steps and availability of an elevator were seen as positives, though the lifts were noted to be too small for some wheelchairs and their carers. Overall, while the hotel offers several accessible amenities, improvement in the ease of navigation and room design is necessary for a more comfortable experience for guests with disabilities.
