Although the hotel is not up to four star standards, it offers a comfortable stay with helpful and friendly staff. The outdoor pool is also a nice addition, but the property is in need of renovation or a price reduction. Guests were not impressed with the standard hotel room, but found it to be adequate without any surprises. Some reviewers found the hotel to be below the usual standard for a normal Accor Mercure hotel. However, the happy and helpful staff outshine the lacklustre property. Unfortunately, some guests found their experience to be very poor and stated that it is definitely not a four star hotel.
