The hotel could improve on being more truthful in their description on booking websites, as some found it didn't match with the reality on-site. Overall, the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel is a nice place to stay and many would stay there again.

The location is excellent for families with amazing views. The rooms are nice and clean with excellent staff service. However, the hotel is a bit overpriced for a four-star hotel and the lobby and some parts of the hotel look a little dated. Also, there is an additional "$25 per room" charge for a "destination fee" which can add up to the already expensive rate. Overall, the Boston Marriott Long Wharf provides a great experience with its top-notch amenities and magnificent location.
