The hotel’s breakfast garners compliments for its delicious and fresh offerings, though its cost and occasional service hiccups are noted areas for improvement. Dinner at the onsite Italian restaurant, Benici's, is highly rated, especially its pizza and inviting ambiance, despite some comments on limited menu variety and occasional service lapses.
The rooms are consistently highlighted for their spaciousness, comfort and cleanliness, featuring amenities such as coffee makers and fridges. The remarkable views, comfortable beds and well-maintained facilities contribute to a restful stay, though some decor could benefit from modernization.

The indoor pool, located on the second floor, was a hit among many visitors who enjoyed using it as part of the broader YMCA facilities, which also include a gym and weightlifting areas. The locker room and shower facilities in the pool area were noted to be wonderful and added convenience to the guests' experience.
