Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Bourbon Hotel Cambará enjoys a premier location in the heart of the city, offering tranquil surroundings right in front of the main square. The central position provides easy access to local attractions and serves as an ideal halfway point to Maringá. Guests consistently highlight exceptional accommodations, robust Wi-Fi and top-notch service, solidifying its reputation as the best option in Cambará and the surrounding area.
The hotel's breakfast service gathers mixed reviews. Many guests praise it for its quality, variety and early start, noting excellent coffee, a diverse range of items including fruits, breads, cakes and attentive staff. However, some point out the repetitiveness and limited refilling of options, suggesting room for slight improvements in diversity and replenishment.
Dinner experiences at Bourbon Hotel Cambará vary. Positive reviews commend the chef's competence, particularly the Chef's Spaghetti and appreciate the overall quality and reasonable cost of meals. However, there are recommendations for improvement in menu variety, meal preparation and efficient handling of the dinner rush. Issues like late dining hours and occasional delays suggest potential areas for enhancement.
The hotel's rooms are frequently praised for their cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. Guests enjoy large, comfortable beds with high-quality bedding, well-maintained structures and meticulously organized environments. Amenities like safety bars and hygiene showers cater to a broad range of needs, adding to the overall comfort and value.
Cleanliness is a standout feature at Bourbon Hotel Cambará with multiple reviews emphasizing the spotless and well-cared-for environment. The hotel maintains high standards throughout, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for guests. Although a few areas might occasionally need extra attention, the overall consensus is overwhelmingly positive.
The exceptional service provided by the staff significantly enhances guest experiences. Reviews regularly highlight the professionalism, attentiveness and politeness of the employees. Their friendliness and helpful demeanor contribute to a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. While some believe a bit more training could benefit certain staff members, the general sentiment remains that the service is fantastic.
Parking receives mixed reviews; guests appreciate the complimentary, secure and covered parking with easy access. However, the limited number of spaces and cramped garage conditions sometimes force guests to park on the street, indicating a need for improvements in this area.
The beds at Bourbon Hotel Cambará are highly acclaimed for their comfort. Descriptions like "super comfy" and "wonderful" are common with guests noting the excellent quality of mattresses and pillows. The spaciousness and cozy bedding in the rooms contribute to a restful and satisfying stay, often deemed worth the cost.
