The staff is noted for being friendly and attentive, contributing to a positive stay. The bookable wellness area is highlighted as attractive and spacious, providing a relaxing environment with the option to reserve time slots. Hotel O Desvio offers a tranquil setting that's easily accessible, situated just 4 kilometers from Santiago with convenient bus connections and a nearby bus stop. Guests appreciate its peaceful environment, making it an ideal retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Parking is available for those who prefer to explore the area by car, underscoring its suitability for travelers who enjoy road trips and excursions.
Despite its picturesque location and access to transportation, some guests have noted challenges with accessibility within the hotel itself. The elevator only reaches the first floor, necessitating stairs for access to the second floor. This can be inconvenient for guests with strollers, luggage, or reduced mobility. While the design of the entrance and garage predominantly fall under the community's purview, there is room for improvement in these areas.
On a positive note, Hotel O Desvio excels in service, providing excellent assistance and recommendations to guests, ensuring a comfortable experience overall. Its peaceful location, coupled with the option of convenient bus travel and availability of parking, makes it a noteworthy choice for those seeking a quiet, accessible stay near Santiago.
