The check-in process, facilitated by efficient communication and a straightforward code system, is frequently praised. Although some variability exists in room quality—with mentions of small, cold or damp rooms and cleanliness issues like cobwebs and mold—the consensus points towards a generally comfortable and practical stay, especially for short visits. The ambiance is calm and welcoming.
Cleanliness, however, remains inconsistent. While some areas receive kudos for clean bed linens, towels and spaciousness, others suffer from lapses in maintenance, such as moldy showers and dirty cutlery. Improving these areas could significantly elevate guest satisfaction.

WiFi connectivity generally receives positive feedback, underscoring the accommodation’s suitability for travelers needing reliable internet. While the property lacks a full kitchen, the presence of basic amenities like a coffee machine and good quality coffee contribute to a self-sufficient stay.
The quality of beds varies with many finding them comfortable and clean, while others report hard or noisy mattresses and inadequate bedding. These experiences point to a need for better consistency in bed quality.
Finally, Casa Vacanza Orio al Serio Bergamo is recommended for pet owners, though potential guests should be aware of the presence of barking dogs on the property, which can disrupt sleep. The property offers ample amenities, a well-maintained environment and a favorable cost-performance ratio, making it a strong option for short-term stays near Bergamo Airport.
