Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia offers a noteworthy four-star experience, praised for its excellent value for money and prime downtown location, making it ideal for city visitors. The property is described as beautiful, luxurious and very clean with pleasant and helpful staff contributing to a safe and friendly environment.
Guests particularly appreciate the superb central location, which is perfect for exploring Philadelphia. Complimentary amenities such as all-day free coffee in the lobby and water dispensers on every floor add to the convenience and appeal of the stay. The hotel also offers a 20% discount for parking, further enhancing its value proposition.
Despite the positive aspects, some guests felt that the hotel’s four-star rating was not entirely justified. There are comments on the small room sizes and a desire for higher quality towels, which detract from the perceived luxury. The absence of an in-house restaurant was also a minor downside for some.
Overall, while Club Quarters Hotel offers a good cost-benefit ratio and a pleasant stay with excellent service, some aspects fall short of typical four-star expectations.
