Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
atta Lakeside Resort Suite - SHA Plus Certified is widely praised for its serene and picturesque location, offering a tranquil retreat amidst stunning mountain views and lush greenery. Situated near a small, serene lake, the resort provides a peaceful atmosphere that's ideal for relaxation. Its proximity to Khao Yai National Park makes it an excellent base for nature enthusiasts.
The resort's breakfast offerings receive high accolades for their diversity and quality, featuring a generous spread of Japanese, Chinese, Thai and international dishes enjoyed with lovely lakeside views. Despite occasional crowding and a few suggestions for more options, most guests find the breakfast experience highly satisfying.
Guests consistently laud the spacious and well-designed rooms, which often feature separate living and sleeping areas with beautiful lake views. Rooms are well-equipped with kitchens and complimentary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is generally praised, though a few issues with older bedding and common areas needing renovation are noted.
The staff at the resort earn high marks for their friendliness, attentiveness and exceptional service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Personalized touches and the high level of hospitality contribute to a pleasant stay. However, the gym facilities receive mixed reviews with limited equipment and early closing times.
The swimming pools are noted for their clean and visually appealing design, though some maintenance issues and limited space and sunbeds are mentioned. Despite this, the views from the pool area and private penthouse pools are highly praised.
Families find the resort particularly appealing with spacious and well-equipped rooms making it suitable for guests of all ages. The tranquil environment and excellent amenities create a perfect backdrop for a family getaway.
While the beds receive a mix of feedback with some finding them incredibly cozy and others noting issues with firmness and age, the overall accommodation experience is positive.
