The breakfast experience garners positive feedback, noted for its variety, quality and value. Guests appreciate dining amidst scenic gardens and wildlife, although some mention occasional issues with variety and timing. Dinner options receive mixed reviews; while the local tavern and Lillies restaurant are often praised for fresh and reasonably priced meals, some guests have noted limited options and inconsistencies.
Rooms at The Kooralbyn Valley offer a mix of clean, spacious and comfortable accommodations, though many reviews indicate a pressing need for renovations and better maintenance. Issues such as water stains, peeling paint and outdated decor detract from the overall experience, despite the potential for comfort highlighted by features like comfy beds and large bathrooms.

The staff is commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, occasional negative interactions with some staff members suggest room for improvement.
The pool area, although popular with families, suffers from maintenance issues, including murky water and broken glass, requiring better upkeep to enhance the guest experience. Despite these drawbacks, the pool remains a popular spot, especially on hot days.
For families, The Kooralbyn Valley offers a range of activities, ample space for exploration and a kid-friendly pool area. The presence of native wildlife and peaceful ambiance further enriches the family-friendly environment.
The golf course is a standout feature, praised for its excellent condition and beautiful setting, appealing to avid golfers and those who enjoy natural surroundings. The well-kept greens and stunning views contribute significantly to the hotel's allure.
