While some guests noted that the service wasn't always up to the level of a five-star hotel, most guests were blown away by the luxurious experience. In multiple languages, guests described the hotel as exceptional, superb and unique. The hotel is truly a paradise on earth and provides a dream weekend. While some guests had minor quibbles with the restaurant service, the hotel overall is truly exceptional and an absolute must-visit.
