Guests frequently commend its strategic position, allowing easy access to historic downtown and local landmarks.
The rooms are spacious and generally clean with comfortable beds and beautiful views in some cases. Their daily cleaning service is well-received, contributing to a tidy environment. However, the hotel shows signs of aging with dated furnishings and occasional maintenance issues. Despite these minor drawbacks, the rooms offer a quiet atmosphere and are suited for short stays.

Dining at the hotel appears to be a mixed experience. Breakfast receives varied reviews with some guests appreciating its simplicity and affordability. Dinner options are limited and the absence of room service after 8 pm leads many to explore nearby dining spots, which the prime location easily facilitates.
The free WiFi service, however, often disappoints guests due to weak signals and frequent disconnections, especially in the rooms. The gym also garners negative feedback owing to outdated equipment and limited facilities, detracting from the overall experience.
While the pool is described as beautiful and clean by some, others find it too small, cold and sometimes not well-maintained. The hotel is also a popular choice for families, offering clean, safe environments and amenities suited for children, despite minor safety concerns about the terrace railings.
In terms of bed comfort, reviews are divided. Some guests commend the comfort and coziness of the beds and pillows, while others find them hard and uncomfortable, indicating a subjective experience.
Though advertised as a four-star establishment, many reviewers believe a three-star rating would be more accurate due to the dated appearance and lack of some amenities. However, the hotel remains a satisfactory option with a decent price-quality ratio, especially for business travelers who benefit from the functional rooms and business center, despite occasional WiFi issues.
