Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Airport Airway Heights provides a generally positive experience for travelers, particularly those seeking convenience and comfort at an affordable rate. Its prime location near Spokane International Airport and proximity to local amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and Northern Quest Casino is highly appreciated by guests. The availability of a complimentary airport shuttle further enhances its appeal for travelers with flight schedules.
Guests frequently praise the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, noting the contemporary design elements like carpetless floors and comfortable beds as standout features. The king suite rooms, in particular, receive high marks for their ample space and well-thought-out layouts. Additionally, useful amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi, good desks for business purposes and an ice dispenser contribute to a convenient stay.
The staff at the hotel is often highlighted for their friendliness and helpfulness, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring a pleasant overall experience. The front desk personnel are particularly noted for their accommodating nature, which enhances guest satisfaction.
While the breakfast offerings receive mixed reviews, many guests find it to be adequate and satisfactory, appreciating the simplicity and availability of continental options. However, there is room for improvement in variety and freshness to cater to a wider range of preferences.
In terms of parking, the hotel generally provides safe and convenient parking options, though there are occasional mentions of limited spaces due to part of the lot being rented out for airport parking. Yet, most guests do not face significant obstacles in parking their vehicles.
For families and business travelers, the hotel offers added benefits. Families find value in policies like kids under 18 staying free and the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere is well-regarded. Business travelers benefit from the excellent shuttle service, reliable Wi-Fi and business-oriented amenities such as conference rooms and an on-site business center.
Despite some minor concerns about room size variations, occasional cleanliness issues and the need for updates in décor, the overall sentiment is positive. The hotel's efforts in maintaining accessibility, although needing some improvements and its general affordability make it a reasonable choice for a range of travelers. With its strong location, commendable service and comfortable accommodations, Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Airport Airway Heights stands out as a practical and appealing option for guests visiting the Spokane area.
