The staff is exceptional, friendly and professional, providing a first-class check-in and check-out experience. The pool area is also great with an infinity pool and a pool bar. Although some guests found the facilities outdated and there were some minor cleanliness issues, overall the hotel offers great facilities and beautiful scenery, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
