Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Fredrick's Hotel & Spa is located in an ideal spot for those looking to explore the surrounding areas or conduct business nearby. The breakfast and dinner services received mixed reviews from guests with some praising the food quality and others finding it limited and uninspiring. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a mixed bag with some guests finding it clean and others reporting issues with dirty rooms and outdated facilities. The staff quality was also variable with some guests praising the helpful and friendly attitudes of specific staff members while others criticized the lack of proper training and slow response times. The spa facilities received mixed reviews with some guests finding them lovely and others reporting issues with equipment not working properly and unpleasant smells. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight for many guests, though some found the water to be too cold. Overall, while some guests enjoyed their stay at Fredrick's, improvements are needed to ensure that all rooms are clean, comfortable and adequately equipped.
