The hotel's strategic position near major routes and a variety of dining and shopping options makes it a convenient choice for travelers, providing easy access to downtown Milwaukee and surrounding attractions.

Cleanliness at the Holiday Inn Brookfield is noted positively in many instances, with guests lauding the well-maintained rooms and attentive cleaning staff. However, certain areas like hallways and the pool have been noted for lacking in cleanliness, affecting the otherwise favorable perception.
Guests also express varied opinions about the breakfast arrangement, with a shift to partnering with a nearby IHOP restaurant creating mixed feelings. While some appreciate the convenience of dining options and discount coupons, others miss an inclusive breakfast model.
The family-friendly atmosphere of the pool contributes to its appeal, offering a warm and fun space for children despite occasional cleanliness and operational issues.
