The disabled parking is poorly signposted and there is no lift, making it a bit difficult for guests to get around. Although there are wheelchair-friendly rooms available, they can be inaccessible due to steep ramps and large door mats. Guests also had to go out of the hotel grounds for breakfast and found it difficult to navigate through the front door on their mobile scooters. In addition, there are no disabled toilets in the reception and the hotel layout can be confusing. However, the accessible rooms are wonderful and make for a comfortable stay for those who can navigate through the hotel's hurdles.
