Mama Shelter Belgrade garners praise for its accessible location with amenities such as wheelchair ramps and handicap-accessible services that make it easy for guests with disabilities to navigate. The hotel is notably situated around bustling shopping streets and offers good access, making it easy to find. Guests highlight that all services are easily accessible, including having a separate elevator specifically for guests.
However, there are concerns about the hotel's measures for wheelchair accessibility with some guests indicating a lack of sufficient provisions. Instances of misunderstandings regarding rooms for wheelchair users were noted. Additionally, while the reception desk staff is commended for being approachable, navigating to rooms may be confusing as the layout can resemble a maze. Despite these issues, the hotel's overall accessibility is generally well-received with numerous dining options conveniently located right outside the entrance.
