Rooms are generally clean, comfortable and functional with modern yet cozy furniture. While some guests have noted issues such as outdated decor, insufficient air conditioning and poor soundproofing, the cleanliness and top-notch amenities often make up for these shortcomings. The staff receives widespread acclaim for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism, enhancing the overall guest experience.
