The hotel's breakfast is a standout feature, praised for its variety, quality and richness. Guests enjoy a delicious spread including rolls, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit, all at a reasonable price with special requests being accommodated. Despite some describing it as basic, the general consensus is that the breakfast is exceptional.
Rooms at Hotel Esmer are well-received for their spaciousness and modern decor, often reflecting online descriptions. Features like skylights and balconies add charm, although some street-facing rooms may experience noise. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is frequently highlighted with minor issues such as mold or rust being occasionally noted. Guests appreciate amenities like a tea bar and the secure storage for bicycles.
The staff at Hotel Esmer receive high praise for their friendliness and attentiveness, contributing significantly to the hotel's inviting atmosphere.
