Guests have noted the easy accessibility to the rooms as a significant advantage, along with easily accessible staff who are helpful and accommodating. The hotel provides necessary handicap features, including an enormous walk-in shower with appropriately placed hand bars, ensuring a safer experience for those in need. Despite being a no-frills motel, the inn maintains a peaceful and quiet environment, which is appreciated by many.
