Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Super 8 by Wyndham Lantana West Palm Beach has a strategic and convenient location, just a block from I-95, making it an ideal base for travelers. Its proximity to beaches, Palm Beach, gas stations and restaurants enhances its appeal, offering great value for budget-conscious guests. Although the surrounding neighborhood receives mixed reviews, the hotel's central and calm setting is a notable advantage for visitors.
The breakfast provided is largely disappointing, primarily consisting of coffee and juice with minimal food options such as muffins and granola bars. With no proper dining area, guests often find themselves standing while having their morning coffee, leading to a generally unsatisfactory breakfast experience.
Rooms at the hotel are spacious and easily located, but feedback on their condition is largely negative. Guests frequently cite outdated furniture, dirty floors, unpleasant odors and maintenance issues such as cracked tiles and poorly maintained bathrooms. Cleanliness also remains a significant concern with numerous reports of stained bathtubs, dirty carpets and occasional roach sightings. Despite this, some travelers find the rooms just adequate for a motel stay.
Staff interactions at the hotel are mostly positive with many guests praising the friendly, professional and helpful nature of the team. Highlights include courteous front desk personnel and diligent housekeeping staff, although there are occasional mentions of unwelcoming and unmotivated employees. Overall, the hotel's staff is seen as a commendable aspect.
The beds at Super 8 are often praised for being comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep. Guests appreciate the soft, cozy beds, which contribute to the quiet and restful environment. However, there are sporadic complaints about worn-out furnishings and creaky bed frames.
In summary, Super 8 by Wyndham Lantana West Palm Beach offers a well-located and budget-friendly option for travelers with comfortable beds and generally positive staff interactions. However, the hotel would benefit from significant improvements in room conditions, cleanliness and breakfast offerings to enhance the overall guest experience.
