Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Live! Casino & Hotel - Philadelphia receives significant praise for its strategic location, making it an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts and event goers. Situated near major Philadelphia sports venues like Citizens Bank Park, Wells Fargo Center, and Lincoln Financial Field, guests appreciate the convenience of attending games and concerts. The area is enriched with local dining options, further enhancing the visitor experience.
Guests commend the hotel for its modern, clean, and spacious rooms, accentuated by tasteful decor and comfortable amenities, including impressive walk-in showers and espresso machines. The non-smoking policy and excellent views, especially from rooms overlooking nearby stadiums, contribute to a premium experience, as guests consistently highlight the property's high level of cleanliness.
The breakfast offerings receive positive feedback, particularly at Prime Rib, with high-quality service and food. However, there's a noted absence of sit-down options and limited variety, which could benefit from expansion. Despite this, the breakfast quality and attentive service leave a favorable impact overall.
The hotel's staff are consistently recognized for their friendly and helpful demeanor, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Notable staff members enhance the guest experience through prompt and courteous service, from efficient receptionists to a diligent valet team.
While parking services are described as efficient, the high cost and limited hours of valet service are points of consideration. Some guests find nearby self-parking less convenient, yet the hotel's central proximity remains attractive.
Beds receive mixed reviews for comfort, but many guests find them cozy with an ample supply of pillows, contributing positively to their stay. Even amidst minor critiques, such as breakfast options or perceived high pricing on non-game nights, Live! Casino & Hotel in Philadelphia largely delivers an upscale and enjoyable experience marked by its excellent location, luxurious amenities, and top-notch service, making it a preferred destination for both relaxation and entertainment.
