Room experiences vary widely with many guests appreciating the spacious, comfortable accommodations and spectacular city views, especially from the higher floors. However, issues with cleanliness, maintenance and noise are recurrent themes, detracting from the overall guest experience. Some rooms are described as outdated and reports of cigarette odors and pests have also been noted.

Parking is another favorable aspect with the hotel providing free, secure and convenient parking options, despite occasional difficulties in availability and cleanliness.
